ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT - Full two day course.

This is an Australian College of Critical Care Nurses Ltd (ACCCN) ACCREDITED course which is conducted over two full days. It reflects the latest Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) 2006 guidelines relating to advanced life support.

The course also earns you 13 Royal College of Nursing Australia Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) points.
Conducted in conjunction with OSCA Health Education.

2009 Dates:

• MARCH:  17th &  18th - 9 am to 5 pm

• JULY:  7th & 8th  - 9 am to 5 pm

• SEPTEMBER:  25th & 26th  - 9 am to 5 pm

There is a pre reading component which is sent upon registration, time should be allowed to complete this before the course commencement.

• Recognition of life threatening arrhythmia's
• Pharmacology
• Airway management
• Mega codes — team leader role
• Defibrillation
• Algorithms

Workbook is included, certificate is awarded upon successful completion.

The full course cost is: $300.00

Now available to undergraduate nurses who are in their third year at a cost of $240.00, which is a $60.00 discount. Proof of student status required.
