Anne will add to your understanding of what being assertive means and more importantly demonstrate the techniques you can use to be more assertive in your day-to-day interactions with others at work and in your private life. This workshop will be a relaxed and enjoyable session with a smaller number of like-minded people. There will be an opportunity to try role-play if you wish, but this is voluntary! Assertion skills are techniques that are easily taught. Observe Kaye and Anne demonstrating the differences between passive, aggressive and respective assertive communication. Learn to use powerful body language and techniques to defuse criticism and difficult situations. |
