Within the next few weeks there will be some major changes to the way you place orders or register for events. This has been made necessary by the pending withdrawal of the SuperSecure gateway we have been using for many years. This service will be closed from end of July 2017, giving us little time to formulate a new strategy for registrations and orders. The great advantage of that service other than the great security was the fact that credit card payments were not real-time or mandatory as is the case with shopping carts, and that allowed great flexibility
We are currently are working hard at implementing a new registration and orders method which we hope to have running well before the cut-off date.
Registrations and orders will be done by shopping cart with real-time payments by credit card and mandatory payment of the invoice in full at the time of registering or placing an order. While this is suitable and acceptable to the vast majority of our clients, it does not work with all. But we think we can solve that issue.
We will also have a secondary registration method for those customers who require that we first send an invoice - either to you personally or to your nominated sponsor. This will allow you to pay either by credit card via a link on your tax invoice, or by bank transfer to the account shown on the tax invoice.
As with any major change there may be teething problems no matter how much testing we do before go live but we hope these will be minimal and minor, and rapidly rectified. We will certainly welcome feedback about any problems you experience with the process.
