If an advertised workshop, seminar or other event has to be cancelled a full refund will be made to registrants. If an advertised speaker is unable to fulfill the obligation a suitable replacement speaker/s will be scheduled if possible, or the event will be cancelled and registration fees paid in advance will be fully refunded.
