The workshop examines the skills and knowledge required of an effective leader. It looks at the common errors than managers make and the difficulties that managers and leaders face in their role. The differences between a manager and a great leader will also be discussed. An essential seminar for the new manager and for the experienced manager wishing to increase their skills.
