Terms & Conditions To register for any event the registration fee in full (less any applicable discount) must be paid before the event and be accompanied by a registration form adequately completed to clearly identify the person/s registering for the event. Forms may be obtained from this web site, from brochures distributed to various locations, or can be posted to you if you request one by email, phone or in person. If you nominate your employer or another entity as your sponsor and asked that they be invoiced for your registration fees this will be done on the understanding that you have received authorisation from your sponsor. Should your sponsor not pay your registration fee/s then the charge will revert to you as the registered attendee. Registrations at the door may be accepted only if space and is available and facilities are adequate to allow for extras, and cannot be guaranteed as the venues require final seating and catering numbers at least 3 days prior to any event.
